Responsible for designing and maintaining the aesthetic of new properties as we expand. Should have a portfolio and a strong point of view.
Manages day-to-day property operations — cleaning schedules, maintenance, vendor relationships, quality control. Detail-oriented and reliable.
Owns the Bridgerton brand online — Instagram, the Journal, guest communications, photography direction. Someone who understands luxury hospitality aesthetics.
When we expand, we will need someone who knows their city and can set up and manage a Bridgerton portfolio there.
